Batan Waru,
now dishing it up in South Kuta.
Kafe Batan Waru has been a favorite hang out for locals, tourists
and expatriates since first opening in Ubud in 1997. Kafe
Batan Waru, named Bali's Best Indonesia Restaurant for two
consecutive years by Best Bets Bali, is now located at Bali
Garden Hotel, and even delivers room service. The traditional-style
café fronts the main street of Kartika Plaza as a stand-alone
restaurant with sidewalk and alfresco indoor dining. |

perpetually popular café serves up an imaginative menu
of Indonesian and Western favorites in a charming setting.
The Indonesian menu and daily specials feature food from across
the archipelago. The Menu include Grilled Tuna Steak, Lemper
Ayam - sticky rice and chicken dumplings wrapped in Banana
Leaves, Beef tenderloin and red kidney beans simmered in Sumatran
spice paste,Vegetarian Curry and Balinese Smoked Duck. Barbecue
is Saturday’s specialty and Chili Crab Night every Sunday.
